added for payments received
after the due date for each term.
1.  To register a child in S.P.A.,
the application form must be
completely filled and all
registration fees paid.
2.  All classes must be purchased
prior to taking them.

3.  Registration and fees for the
school are non-refundable for any
reason, and are not applicable to
any other year.

4.  A late fee of $15.00 will be
added for payment done after 5
days of due date.

5.  Students will  have yearly
evaluation and public classes for
parents and friends; Master
Classes.

6.  Students will be eligible to
participate in Theater Presentation
2 times in years.

7.  Students will be eligible to
participate in Annual Competitions.

8.  Tuition is based on
package/lessons received for an
entire month and not on the number
of classes received.  Remeber that
if your child misses a class, she
has many opportunites during that
month to make up that class.   
Please check with the teacher for
the appropriate day and time.  This
is a standard policy for private
schools.
Package 1
4 classes per month X $14.00
each =$56.00
Package 1 is not available for Ballet III
students,  Ballet IV students, or student
promoted to Pointe shoes in Ballet II.
We recommend that students in Advanced
Level take more than two classes per week.

Package 2
8 classes per month X $13.00
each =$104.00

Package 3
12 classes per month X $12.00
each =$144.00

Package 4
16 classes per month X $11.00
each =$176.00
